| Q. Why do I pay monthly? |

| A. Add up the purchase price of our competitors and their support contract and you will see that we are significantly less expensive. Most software companies will ask you to pay a hefty upfront fee knowing that future software changes and improvements (both theirs and Microsoft’s) and the possibility of staff turnover will result in the eventual need to purchase an additional support contract either to upgrade your software or to help retrain your staff. We supply a comprehensive solution with free upgrades so that our clients are assured and confident they have the most up-to-date software solution and the support they need on a daily basis to keep their focus where it should be, on their practice. | Q. $250 a month is that real? |

| A. Yes after initial setup costs. Sorry about the initial costs but we insist on training you how to use the software! We have a lot of new doctors just setting up a practice and medical spas that only use 1 computer and so they can just pay $250 a month |

| Q. How come your software seems to cost a lot less than your competition? |
 |
 |
| A. The most expensive is not always the best. We do not spend hundreds of thousands each year on marketing. Our growth comes from referrals and the internet. Some companies advertise every month in magazines, pay for huge stands at every show, employ staff dedicated to sales only, or use your money to develop software for other medical specialties. We use the ongoing monthly fees to support and develop our software for our current clients. We have doubled our user base in two years and we are happy with that growth rate. |

| Q. Who owns our data? |

| A. We feel it is unethical to restrict access to the data in the system in any way. You own your data. Data is stored locally on your server. Please make sure you have a good backup service. Should you ever decide you need to export data you need only ask and we will help you. In the unlikely event you decide to move to another system we will put the data into a common file format like DBF to assist you with the transfer. |

| Q. Do I have to use windows? |

| A. For your workstations you have to use Windows. However our database engine works on Windows, Novell and Linux. We have installations on all of them. Linux and Novell server software have been historically more stable than Windows in our opinion. We will work on which ever platform you prefer. Of course it is possible to run windows applications on bothLinux and Mac but this has not been tested by us. |

| Q. Why don’t you use Microsoft Database Server? |

| A. The database software we use Advantage DBS runs on Linux, Novell and Windows giving our clients their choice of server. Research on their website and our own experience shows that it has a cost of ownership for our clients as it is so easy to install, requires little maintenance and is extremely fast. | Q. How safe is our data? |

| A. It is as safe as you make it! Our software stores the data centrally on the server. The data can be encrypted on request but is not necessary as long as the server is set up correctly and kept secure. If directories on the server are visible to everyone or passwords are not kept securely then the data is not safe. Most connections to the internet are vital in modern companies but firewalls and good security practices must be in place to keep your network secure. Lastly and importantly proper backup procedures must be in place. Computers failing, viruses and software bugs are a fact of life. We strongly recommend as it is your data, please make it safe! |

| Q. Why do I have to get every module I only want the scheduler, insurance etc? |

| A. We do not sell modules we sell a completely integrated solution. If we broke it into modular form we would have to artificially decide what you need in your business in each area. We would also waste a lot of our programming resources making sure that all modules work together. By concentrating on making an integrated comprehensive solution and charging based on concurrent user we feel we have achieved a balance. We have clients who use our software solely for billing insurance as at $250 a month it is cheaper than most electronic insurance products. Also in large practices our software can be tens of thousands dollars less expensive than our nearest competitors. |

| Q. How often is the software upgraded? |
 |

| A. We try to do feature upgrades once a quarter. We may do incremental upgrades more frequently if we are testing new features you have specifically requested. In the last year we have significantly upgraded our inventory system adding the ability to track ambulatory supplies. The POS system has been upgraded to handle split payments and the issuing of credit notes. Insurance billing has been improved to track contracted payments schedules with specific insurance companies. Most recently we have added the ability to attach any kind of document, image, or file directly into the database as part of our progress towards EMR. |

| Q. What about EMR? |

| A. We are committed to progressing to full EMR. We differentiate between document management and the electronic collection of clinical records. CosmetiSoft has excellent document management features. You can store any kind of file and scan or document directly with each patients record. Some of our clients use this ability to store clinical records with each patient. |

| Q. How long have you been around and will you be here in the future? |

| A. We have been involved with Cosmetic practices now for 18 years. Lynx has had a commercial product around for 12 years. We are happy with our growth especially over the last two years. We are financially stable and we intend to be here may years into the future. |

| A. Every workstation has software built in that when activated by you will allow our support team to see and guide you to the resolution of your problems. Our support team is available from 6am PST to 5 PM PST. The fact remains that only our clients can answer your questions regarding our support. Many of our clients have moved from other management systems and are more than happy to answer your questions and recommend CosmetiSoft. |
