CosmetiSoft presents easy access to each patient's records in one tabbed window. The Patient tab provides access to the patient's demographic information, billing and appointment activity summaries, recall notes, and general notes. Other options from this tab include the ability to send a direct email message, create a custom merge letter, and schedule an appointment.
The Marketing tab provides access to current patient preferences, referral information, and other important patient tracking information. Accurate and complete selection of options is available in this tab, in combination with CosmetiSoft's Contact Management module and a host of unique features.

| The Appointments tab presents a color-coded chronological view of the patient's currently scheduled appointments as well as their appointment history. Active appointments can be rescheduled, edited or cancelled from this page. |

| A patient's surgery history can be reviewed in detail from the Procedures tab page. You can also create and edit multiple surgical Quotes for a patient from this tab, and schedule surgeries directly from the quotes. Additional functions include entering operating room statistics and checking out surgical supplies from inventory. |

| The Ledger tab provides a color-coded view of the patient's billing detail history. Options include the ability to filter the view by provider and business, post insurance E.O.B. payment detail, monitor insurance payment accuracy, create insurance forms, apply unapplied credits, create billing notes, edit certain parts of a transaction, and delete or reverse transactions. All billing functions are controlled by user password protection. |

| The Posting tab provides a means to enter new billing transactions for the current patient, with options to post from patient quotes or from system-generated Super Bills. All billing options are password protected. |

| Lynx allows you to attach multiple insurance carriers to a patient's records. The Insurance tab allows easy selection from your insurance carrier list for adding and editing insurance carriers. You can automatically insert patient or guarantor information into the insured party section. |

| The Photos tab provides a view of 12 thumbnails of an unlimited number of photos that are part of this patient's records. Each photo's background information, such as view, series, procedure and other information is editable from this screen. Other options include the ability easily import photos to this patient's record, to enlarge one or more photos together for viewing and printing options, and also the ability to export selected photos. |
