CosmetiSoft PHI/Notes Tab provides a convenient location to enter and review notational information about your patients. Single-line general notes about Patient Billing, Scheduling or any other activities in your office can be quickly entered and reviewed on this tab.
As a part of our efforts to assist your staff in meeting the HIPAA guidelines, in line with our effort to implement a complete Electronic Medical Record, CosmetiSoft now allows you to enter Personal Health Information notations, with which you may specify when information pertaining to a patient's Personal Health Information is received by your office or sent to another entity. Information includes the type of information and the entity to which it was sent or from which it was received
You can use Microsoft Word, integrated with your CosmetiSoft system, to create and edit patient clinical notes. These notes then become another part of the patient's records, and are viewable and editable (with proper user rights) within CosmetiSoft. Existing patient chart notes can easily be imported into CosmetiSoft if they have been created with, or are readable by, Microsoft Word |
