| Photo Archiving |

CosmetiSoft includes digital photo management that's flexible and easy to use. As with all other system information, a patient's complete photo history can easily be added to their records and then immediately accessed as needed within CosmetiSoft. For users with the appropriate rights, CosmetiSoft provides the following digital photo archiving features:

Easily import and attach unlimited digital photos, from any standard digital camera, or from other sources. All photos are immediately viewable from the main patient window, in the "Photos" tab. |

Individually tag photos with photo date, up to four included procedures, diagnoses, series and view, and free-form general notes. |

Print hard copies of individual photos or select combinations of two or more to print together. |

Query photos by procedure, surgeon, beginning and ending dates, view, series, etc. Immediately view or export photos selected from the query criteria. |

Photos can be exported for inclusion in other software systems, for presentations, studies, letters, or any other purpose. Export is available from Query or from the patient's window. |
