A partial list of CosmetiSoft’s insurance billing Capabilities:

Maintain an unlimited list of insurance payers. Print CMS1500 with or without legacy provider ID’s. |

CosmetiSoft distinguishes between insurance-billable and non-billable charges line by line as they are posted and automatically includes only allowable charges when creating new insurance claims. |

Bill one or more carriers for a patient. Rebilling is a simple two-step process. |

Print HCFA-1500, UB-92 forms, or sends selected claims electronically from CosmetiSoft through HIPAA approved Clearinghouse. |

Stock reports are included to track unbilled claims, unpaid claims and insurance payment and adjustment reviews. Other reports, such as accounts receivables, and can be organized by insurance group. |

You can create claims one by one as the charges are posted, or later, from the patient’s ledger, or in batches, at your discretion. |
