CosmetiSoft makes it simple to automatically merge and print a pre-defined Microsoft Word© document (or multiple documents), from any patient record, at any time. With CosmetiSoft you can use your existing documents created with Microsoft Word© (Version 2000 or later), or you can create new documents, using Word©, from within CosmetiSoft.

CosmetiSoft provides you with a comprehensive list of merge field names that you simply insert into your documents. When CosmetiSoft merges the documents, the current patient record is used to replace each of the merge field names with that patient's information.

Here is a partial list of the advantages that you can enjoy with CosmetiSoft's merge letter capabilities:
•	"Import" existing Word documents into CosmetiSoft and simply replace patient information with merge field names from a comprehensive list
•	Merges and Prints one or more selected documents from the main patient window, appointment tab, and case tab, from the case tab, and combine consent and other surgery-oriented documents for automatic inclusion while printing quotes or scheduling surgeries.
•	Creates “packages” which includes related multiple documents and prints them as a single document.
