"After struggling with unresolved issues with (another system) for 6 years we needed to find a replacement. I visited a large 8-doctor practice in Sacramento who had been using CosmetiSoft for over 16 years. Convinced that I had found a better solution, we ordered CosmetiSoft in December 2003.

We still do a lot of reconstructive surgeries, and CosmetiSoft provides us with electronic insurance billing capability. “I can easily run a query to get a targeted mail list for just about any purpose. From the same window I can then create letters and mailing labels or export a large list to a file to send to my mail house. We use this feature constantly, and it saves us so much time!”

“Importing photos is easy from the camera, a photo chip or from a disc. If a photo is accidentally attached to the wrong patient it’s easy to move it to the correct patient.”
