| Training |

Our support personnel are also our training staff. We find that the people who support our clients on a daily basis are also the ones that can give new individuals the most comprehensive training in our software.
We prefer to provide training and installation over the internet. It is far more efficient and much less costly for you. We offer the lowest cost internet training because we realize that a well trained office improves your practice’s profitability and reduces our support costs. We require that each customer purchase the amount of training that we recommend, which is based upon our experience and your particular practice and the number and type of your staff.
If you opt for internet training, we charge $100 per hour. The number and type of staff members, their locations, the number of doctors, and what features of the software you expect to use most will help us to provide you with an accurate quote for additional training. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase this additional training.
Office turnover happens, and if you have new people in your office, we recommend that they receive training as soon as possible, so as not to negatively affect your productivity. Blocks of 4 hours of training may be purchased at any time for $400.
If you opt for onsite training and configuration, we charge $1,200 per day, with a 3 day minimum, plus travel expenses (flight and accommodations).
Training time purchased is also used for configuration of the software and is not necessarily solely used for the training of your staff. For instance if we need to customize a quote or encounter form, that time will be deducted from training time. If additional training is required due to staff turnover, specific needs, or a large practice then additional time may be required.
